The lack of productive efficiency of individuals affected by these diseases, which causes a delay
in the economic growth of the country.
The negative material and moral impact on the family and society in the event of complications
for an undiagnosed person.
The high cost incurred by the state in treating cases of these diseases as a result of the lack of
early diagnosis
Necessary of social awareness about change the life style to prevent the chronic diseases.
There are many factors affect the policy development as political. economic, social, cultural, national and international effect.
Also, the strategic plane depends on utilization of primary healthcare to introduce scanning services regarding diabetes, hypertension and hepatitis c virus for all population above 18 years old
over the 6months
The content:
Our vision from this policy is Egypt will be free of hepatitis c patients and all of pre diabetic and
pre hypertensive population don’t be a patient or be patient so late. Goals. change of population awareness about the necessary of periodic checking up their health.
Change of population awareness about the healthy life style to avoid the diseases
Decease the huge cost which related to the treatment of this kind of patients if detected early
(PR-diabetic and pre-hypertensive). also preventing the complications of these diseases if not detected early and managed properly. Thus, we can maintain the efficiency of the human element
who cornerstone of any development.in addition to save huge cost who be the second cornerstone of the development.
We also aim to reduce the material and moral suffering of families that contain one of these patients towards a better life, based on the fact that the family is the backbone of society.
Such measures enhance societal cohesion and trust between society and medical service providers on the one hand, and between society and the government on the other.
The action plane of this policy depends on huge strength issues such as prepared primary
healthcare resources all over the country including building, medical professions, and requirements. Also, the official material and moral support for the state represented by the presidency
and the government. On the other hand, there are some of challenges we can face it, for example, community awareness) resistance), the high cost, and the unprecedented burden on medical service providers. But we have some of opportunities as Global economic support from the World
Bank Foundation, as well as from the World Health Organization. To offer the world a unique
model for the international community's healthcare project.
